Before the session
You will receive a client intake form to complete prior to arriving. Make sure you come to the session in comfortable clothes that you can easily move around in. Make sure if you have any muscle injury to advise Tara in advance as she typically uses your arm to muscle test.
Try to not drink coffee 3 hours prior and no alcohol 24 hours prior.
During the session
We will go through your symptoms and identify balances to balance your body. From here we will create a treatment plan for you to work on after our session.
After the session
Rest and lots of water. You will receive guidance and a treatment plan after the session to work on.
Kinesiology is a holistic approach to health and wellness that uses muscle testing to identify imbalances in the body's energy systems. During a kinesiology session, I guide clients through specific muscle tests and based on the results of these tests, I create a treatment plan that may include a combination of physical, emotional, and nutritional therapies. From my perspective, kinesiology is a powerful tool for helping clients achieve optimal health and well-being.
I have a bachelor’s degree in Business, a Touch for Health Kinesiology Qualification, and I am a Reiki Practitioner, Mental Health First Aider and Nutritional Therapy Student!
It all started for me the day I walked into my first Kinesiology session.
Before I went in, internally I felt lost, isolated, alone, I had hormonal imbalances, hormonal acne and I felt completely flat with no confidence in myself. I was the girl who did what everyone else was doing and craved external validation.
I walked out of my session feeling heard, seen, listened to, and not judged.
My body had been under severe stress and my symptoms physically and mentally all manifested from my body being in constant fight or flight mode. I finally had hope for the first time ever. My Kinesiologist turned to me and said 'you will be a healer', and I felt my calling from there. From here, I tried Reiki, Pranic Healing, Sound Healing, Kinergetics, and many more healing modalities.
I finally started to become the person I always knew I was. Confident, with my voice finally being expressed, I knew I had found my calling and my purpose.
This is what has lead me here, my mission is to hold space for women to feel heard and seen with an action plan to start their healing journey and overcome limiting beliefs and patterns.
